LeoVasanko 444eca651e Frontend poll-condition and Set-reactivity fixes; drop now-unused input CSS

The post-mint watch polled only while a known link was disconnected —
but the incoming satellite is not a row yet, so poll unconditionally for
the minute. The scope Set is replaced, not mutated, to stay reactive.
The password/number/url input styling came in with the superseded
domain-dialog remote form; no such inputs remain.

Added configurable timeout settings to paskia-js, used in our frontend as well. The default fetch timeout has been changed to 10s from prior 1s, but we maintain 1s for auth endpoints in internal use.
